I am not even a patient here and have to make a review about the way my friend who IS a patient has been treated. I have witnessed and heard phone calls of her asking to speak to a nurse and be denied by front desk staff who have NO medical background. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that front desk staff should have ANY say, whatsoever, in whether or not a patient can or cannot speak to a nurse., I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with this clinic— particularly the front desk staff Michael. Excelente atención
Ben a patient of Dr. Nekhlyudov for 18 years, at this location for 20. Staff is friendly and supportive, front desk marginally less so, phone team could use some training.
The clinical staff is wonderful. The front office and phone crew are not great.
