Nice people, repeated, awful, missed ER diagnosis of my 85 year old mother, rushed her home multiple times. Eventually got better care and diagnosis from NE Baptist and BIDMC. Once, at Faulkner, no pneumonia, rushed her home; but at NEB, pneumonia. Another, Faulkner, stomach pain, pain meds, home; but at BIDMC, severe anemia, stomach ulcer. This place is refusing to let me know where my girlfriend is. She suffers from mental illness. I am all she has. I am going to file a Missing Persons report. I fully understand privacy laws. But they do not apply if someone has critical information that needs to be shared about the patient.
