I have been a patient of both the Dunwoody and the John's Creek locations over the years. Every visit has been perfect. Absolutely perfect. Great doctors. Great staff.

Will not go back. Horrible customer service. Was told I was paying up front for all costs and made decision on what I was getting based on that total cost.Now I’m getting billed for $125 more because they were not upfront with total cost/forgot to charge me for the frames. They continue to try and tell me that it was my fault even though I was trying to explain that the breakdown was on their end. They would take no responsibility whatsoever.
I am not coming back after 10 years taking my whole Family to this practice which was irrelevant for them when I shared my disappointment. I got new glasses about six months ago. When I tried them on, something was wrong with the short-distance view, so I took them back to the In House Optical Shop. They told me to wear them for a couple of weeks, and if they still didn’t work, the office would resolve any problem. I wore them for two weeks, but nothing changed, so I brought them back.
