Very delayed service and delivery of eye glasses. I have been waiting for more than 13 days and there is no information or service from them when they will have my eye glasses ready. Response on phone is same just no date. Not Happy with the service of delivery.
I have been a patient of both the Dunwoody and the John's Creek locations over the years. Every visit has been perfect. Absolutely perfect. Great doctors. Great staff.

Will not go back. Horrible customer service. Was told I was paying up front for all costs and made decision on what I was getting based on that total cost.Now I’m getting billed for $125 more because they were not upfront with total cost/forgot to charge me for the frames. They continue to try and tell me that it was my fault even though I was trying to explain that the breakdown was on their end. They would take no responsibility whatsoever.
