I felt like they just didn't want to sell a jeep! They called us and lied to us to get us there! We drove 45 minutes to go see what they had only to be told they didn't have anything used like the girl said. Then they screwed around so long the banks were closed and told us to come back Monday after a hard hit on my sons credit! Lazy car salesman and weak manager Dula! Just because I'm a woman and a caring mom they wanted to screw my son over! NOT TODAY!
I must say I would not be writing this review if I had left that place with any dignity left. All I asked for was a decent car that fit my budget but I left with my time wasted and a humiliation in front of other. I apologize to the Briggs salesman for not "knowing" enough about cars that called for the need of you to make fun of me and my son to your fellow employees. Even though I was raised in rural Kansas my knowledge of cars is very limited, that is the reason why I asked so many questions regarding the vehicle.
