I was passing through Fort Scott, Kansas and my 2013 Toyota Highlander was making a strange noise. I determined the rubbing noise was coming from my rear driver's side wheel area. The rubbing noise would speed up when the vehicle accelerated and slow down when the vehicle decelerated.
