We purchased a “new” tire from Brigs that completely failed within 8 hours of installation. The tread separated in a manner that raises serious concerns about whether this was truly a virgin tire or a recap passed off as new. There was no road hazard, debris, or overloading just complete failure under standard highway use. Scott was fantastic! Stellar and upright. Took our call at 6am on a Saturday morning after we had been stranded with a flat tire on our trailer overnight. Came down and met us at his garage. Pulled in and had it changed out in no time at all. Beyond grateful for his help! That kind of help is hard to come by these days but God led us to the perfect folks and we are so thankful!!!
