I have been going to Briggs Subaru since 2015 for service for my Outback. Over the years, I have seen *several* service advisors come and go. Nathan Trevitt is my current advisor, and he is the best. He remembers me AND my car, and makes sure that I am taken care of. He provides outstanding customer service, and I sincerely hope that Briggs hangs on to him!

I went in expecting to changing out my wiper blades and wiper arms. Nathan, one of the service writers, pointed out the problem was all in the blades and replaced just the blades. He easily could have just sold me new arms and added another $140 on to my bill. But he did the right thing and got me out in 5 minutes for just the cost of the wiper blade replacements. Nathan is one of the good people in the world and a definite asset to Briggs Subaru Topeka
