RecommendedAlthough I did not end up purchasing at Briggs Subaru of Lawrence, I highly recommend. Jarrell in sales reached out to me with recommendations for my son based on his height and safety both of which were important to me. I found him a car that was passed on by a family member but I really appreciated and respected the time put into the search. Great customer service!

I contacted them about leasing an Impreza and I spoke with kyle and Michael the sales manager whom said he would get back with me regarding lease numbers, that was last Thursday. I called on Friday and he was super frantic on the phone and said he hasn’t ever looked at my deal yet, and then when I called again on Saturday I was not able to reach anyone in the dealership just got several vm and nobody has reached out since our original conversation. Very unprofessional attitudes, extreme lack of follow up/communication.
I felt I was treated like I was a stupid, old woman whom could be taken advantage of. Their offer on a trade-in was ridiculous. I have had a Subaru Outback for a year now and felt I got a much better deal in Olathe at the Subaru dealership there. The name "Briggs" makes me angry when I hear it. I have asked to be taken off your mailing or e-mail list but you seem to have ignored the request or maybe there is no one there capable of making the change.
This place and the people that work here are both amazing. They are so kind, courteous, and explain everything that’s going on. We had been taken advantage of by a dealership in Kansas City and Briggs figured out our very obscure electrical issue and fixed it! Greg’s service department has always taken good care of our two Subarus. This week, they outdid themselves. I asked about the price of ordering one new front floormat, but declined when I found out it would be $70 for the whole set and could not be ordered by itself. However, Mike in the parts department happened to find an extra one sitting around, brand new. He was so sweet to offer it to me for free. I love these guys!
Everyone at Briggs was so helpful (especially Sam Redpath)! I felt like every step of the process was transparent and that I got the best deal around. So happy with my Ford Escape. �
