Customer service is garbage. I’ve ordered two parts in the past few weeks. One of which I canceled because they lied about having it. I didn’t figure that out until I called numerous times. Second part they placed on hold because my billing and shipping address went the same but that wasn’t a mistake, I called and told someone that. Had to call again two days later because it was still on hold. Spend money with some local before you try to deal with this bs.
This mower i have had for 5ish years never had a problem. Put oil in once maybe twice the whole time. I dont take care of equipment great but this thing took a punishing, blade still cuts grass (never sharpened it) these people make quality products
I Purchased a murray briggs&stratton E550 prime 140cc from home depo it done great the first Season ran the gas dry out the carborator the next summer would not start I noticed the carborator is Plastic well the Butterfly or gate that controls the gas and air was stuck Shut so I Purchased a new carb and it still want start.. to me it's not worth just one summer of cutting. Briggs&Stratton if you see this plz replace or send me a new motor thanks
