Took 14" of snow for me to break down and opt for a plow. Briggs was referred by a colleague. Prompt and professional. Did exactly what they said they would which can be rare. Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call if you're sick of shoveling.
I was very pleased to do business with this company. I am not a regular customer but this snowstorm left me buried in. I called and got service the next day! They did a terrific job! I would feel comfortable recommending them anytime.

Year 2026 has just begun and so far the snow and cold has hit us pretty hard. I never experienced ice dams before this year so I called Alex and he came over the same day to evaluate and give me an estimate. He is totally honest about the job, and gives you no pressure as to whether if you want to go forward or not. I decided to go forward and have all the snow taken off my roof.
