We had a good experience with Briggs for a backyard cleanup. They did a nice job clearing out the leaves and debris and getting the yard looking much cleaner and more presentable. They were responsive, timely, and easy to work with throughout the process. I had hoped the cleanup would also include weeding, but that was my mistake for not specifically including it in the requested quote, so I can’t fault them for that.
I’ve been using Alex and his crew for years and they are fantastic. Communication is perfect and fair pricing. Highly recommend!
Briggs transformed our horrendously overgrown commercial lot into a clean, manicured yard that's easy on the eyes. Two young men worked very hard for two full days to pull weeds, cut brush, trim hedges, clean up beds, and apply mulch. They were respectful, caring, and dedicated to their jobs. We are pleased with the results.

Alex and his team at Briggs Property Maintenance did a clean out in my backyard that has been neglected for at least 10 years. Bought my house and the backyard was a mess! In 1 day during 110 degree days it was unrecognizable, and very reasonably priced. Can’t recommend them more!
