This was my first time living/renting alone. The managers at the Princeton location made the transition easy for me. They were always prompt with answering emails, calls, etc. This place is clean, quiet & lovely to live that!
Great place to live, amazing staff to work with. I absolutely love my view out my windows.
I rent from them at their Clearwater building. I haven't had much interaction with the company but the contact I have had has been very positive and helpful. They are extremely good at communicating any thing happening in the building. You really don't notice anything they maybe doing which I think is a good thing just like the saying "no one notices when everything is going to plan" Rent increase was minimal and you get a good bit of value for the monthly rent. 10/10 Highly Recommend! I recently rented a property managed by Briggs Property Management, and I must say, my experience has been outstanding. On my first day, the water heater failed, which initially had me concerned. However, Briggs went above and beyond to address the issue.
