Literally the worst customer service. I rented under them for almost 3 years and any complaint or issue was met with disdain and argument. To the point that I feared retribution if I chose to leave a review. My advice to anyone unlucky enough to rent through them? Keep digital copies of EVERYTHING they'll lose it and blame you.
Pat has been super helpful and was a really nice, honest and understanding guy while giving me keys to my new apartment. I didn’t have renters insurance and electric switched over yet (cause I didn’t read the fine print) and he was totally understanding. The Clearwater residential suites are beautiful and I’m super excited to live there for AT LEAST the next year.
