I have really enjoyed my experience with Briggs management company. We moved from a house to an apartment and I love the building it so very nice and clean. The yard is always well kept up and I absolutely love and appreciate the soft water. The newer appliances are a plus as well. If you plan to live here expect to be accused over and over for your neighbors smoking, if you wanna live here expect to be accused of small dog owners not taking care of their pets, if you wanna live here expect to get text messages from employees trying to get you to say you smoke so they can kick you out. Do I smoke no.
This was my first time living/renting alone. The managers at the Princeton location made the transition easy for me. They were always prompt with answering emails, calls, etc. This place is clean, quiet & lovely to live that!
Great place to live, amazing staff to work with. I absolutely love my view out my windows.
