Terrible contract with copy paste evidence. The month to month contract stated it was Connecticut even though this is *********. I was charged for a full month even though I left half way through the month and my damage deposit was supposed to be given back (no damage occurred) and that was never returned to me either. For people who brag they arent in it for the money they sure do try to steam every cent.
My experience with management from ********* Mn. lacked communication, professionalism and transparency.I would not recommend.
Our contract with Briggs Properties LLC went for three years while we rented a condo they managed. We had issues with property repairs, very long wait times when requests were submitted (months in some cases), and a very nasty fight at the close of out contract that involved Briggs trying to fine us gain additional money out of us.
