Horrible customer service. I purchased multiple trees in August 2018. I repotted my lemon tree as soon as I got home per the instructions of the employee. it died a few months ago after all the lemons were done growing. I brought it back in the hopes that it would be replaced. I was told I potted it improperly. when I said an employee told me to do that I was basically told I was a liar, and the roots rotted from burial. the employee threw my tree in the trash and said that there were no guarantees on anything but trees. is ... read more
Great customer service, beautiful flowers! A cafe with great food
Briggs is truly the best place to go if you are looking for that perfect item to add to your landscape. I have shopped here many times and they never disappoint. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Yesterday I purchased a tree and some other items which where then delivered late in the afternoon (in the rain). The driver, Mike, was excellent! He unloaded our tree right were we needed it and assisted my husband in placing it. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!!
Excellant customer service.. spoke to me at length regarding the bush I selected.. Had recommendations about year round care, helped me load my purchase.. Friendly easy shopping experience.. worth the drive. Thank you
