Inept and unprofessional. Stay away, this company glory days are gone now that Steve is at the helm. Look elsewhere.
Place doesn't call you back – I was told by a family member to give this company a call to refinish my floors. I called for an estimate on floor refinishing. When I called, I got an answering machine and the guy called me back in about an hour. He came by a few days later and gave me an estimate on refinishing my hardwood floor in one room but told me he couldn't fix the pet stains in my other room by refinishing.
