Briggs Floor Care is the WORST!! He is UNLICENSED to operate as a home improvement contractor in Maryland and Virginia and wholly UNSCRUPULOUS. Ray Briggs CHEATED me, LIED to me, and did not do what he said he'd do. DO NOT USE this "contractor!!" Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT PAY UNTIL WORK IS DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION. SUPER SHODDY.
