The technician (Cole) was great. He was polite, very quick, and explained everything thing he did to the forklift. We would use him again in a heartbeat. The office staff made it a terrible experience. We needed a simple electrical issue looked at and a routine service. We were told they wouldn't do any work until we applied for a credit account with them. I offered to pay for everything up front, but was told that is not an option in the new computer system.
