This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is terrible. If you do get to talk to someone it’s a different excuse every time. Their product is garbage. Their service guys are garbage. Their sales reps are TRASH. The managers are terrible. A company full of liars who can’t answer simple questions honestly. Always a runaround. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else. This place is horrible. The worst. Thieves and liars. I’d have give negative -5 stars.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. They “Leased” me a used unit during COVID because “they had no inventory” for new machines. I’ve put 27 hours of use on the machine during the time I’ve had it as well as paid for their worthless service program. The entire time I’ve had it, it’s leaked fuel.
