Good gym overall, not as many machines as I hoped thou. The only bad part is that the gym is very busy in comparison to how much equipment there is. Pools and hot tubs are good.
Nice area nice gym. To change membership to them I have to cancel old one and that's a nation wide membership
I started exercising to help my recovery from a fall from which my left foot and ankle were injured, followed by my back from wearing a stabilizing boot for two months. The boot raised my injured foot higher than any pair of shoes I could compensate with on my right foot. The class was recommended by my physical therapist. When we first started kid zone my daughter had a hard time adjusting, she would cry and throw tantrums and I wouldn’t get much of a work out in- however we kept coming back and with time for adjustment and the staffs help she absolutely loves going to kid zone, the staff are amazing and I feel love my daughter for her authentic self 🩷
The pool at Briggs is just the right temperature for lap swimming. Briggs also has a separate activity pool with classes. The staff at the Briggs are welcoming and friendly. I like the recent upgrades in the women's locker room.
