Fantastic work by the team at Briggs. My Jeep broke down on the way back to Kansas City from a work trip in southeast Kansas. Our car broke down on a trip back to KC from Pittsburg and we had no idea how we were going to get it fixed with it being in the middle of nowhere and in the evening. Luckily, there was an incredible man named Jay working at Briggs who took my husband’s phone call late and allowed us to drop off the car and then had it fixed the next day. I highly recommend them!!! I worked with Jay and a few other mechanics and they were all amazing! They figure out what was wrong with my car and made sure it got fixed when nobody else could. I fought with my home town dealer ( frontenac) for over a year after I already had it fixed several times for what they was the issue. they finally gave up on it, and i’m lucky they did or I never would have found the ACTUAL problem.
