I highly recommend them!!! I worked with Jay and a few other mechanics and they were all amazing! They figure out what was wrong with my car and made sure it got fixed when nobody else could. I fought with my home town dealer ( frontenac) for over a year after I already had it fixed several times for what they was the issue. they finally gave up on it, and i’m lucky they did or I never would have found the ACTUAL problem. DO NOT TRUST CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP!!! They ARE NOT concerned or care about you, and you ARE NOT "family". They are simply out to get you to sign a bs contract, then repo it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! If you want a vehicle that will be affordable and you have a real chance of keeping it....DO NOT TRUST DODGE!!!!

CV joint went out. I prefer my mechanic but they worked while we were in a pinch. But I do prefer talking straight to my mechanic instead of talking to someone that talks to the mechanic for me. I don't go to a surgeon to speak to the nurse to find out what the procedure is that the surgeon will be doing.

Had a really good experience buying my daughter's first car. The salesman, Pad, was great to work with and they were able to get her a surprisingly low APR which was helpful.
