0 Star : My Experience They changed the date my car was to be ready 3 different times. Not letting me know until I called them. The 3rd time my car was to be ready on Friday so I called on Thursday in which they told me it would be another week. I had my insurance provider call them on Friday to see what the issue was. After that call Briggs then called and said it was ready to pick up.This was after they had told me they ordered another part on Thursday.
