Called to have someone come out for an emergency A/C issue. I informed the man on the phone that my a/c started acting up around 2pm and a few places I've called couldn't come out until tomorrow. Guy raised his voice and said, "Well if you would've called me at 2pm, I would've come out. Now you have to wait until tomorrow." Rude and so uncalled for. I even apologized for bothering him. Lol. Maybe I caught him at a bad time. 🤷♀️ Nonetheless I guess they aren't 24hrs. Work on your costumer service skills.
