If you are a military family DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. The rabies vaccination forms they provide are NOT accepted by the USDA as they do not contain the animals microchip information and are not acceptable for travel. In order to get the forms up to USDA standards, the vet must handwrite the microchip information on the form and sign to validate their work, which apparently requires an additional fee they won't let you know about. Very clean facility, and friendly, knowledgeable staff!
We have been going to Brigadoon for 15+ yrs. We recently boarded our boys, cats. When we picked them up, we could tell that everyone paid attention to them by the way they were talking. We liked that a lot, because otherwise they would be confined in a cage with no interaction. This is why we leave them and don't worry about their well being. Thanks everyone!
My little dog cut her foot on a shell and I was able to get in and get Staples in a very timely manner and the staff and veterinarian were wonderful
