The problem here is the manager who is referred to as Big Cindy (its accurate).... This individual does not care if u pay your rent on time or early even because it all seems based on how little u complain....aka...have legit maintenance issues and if she "likes" you.. She is like this to sum it up: SHE DOESNT TRUST THAT THE ADULTS SHE RENTS TO HAVE INTEGRITY OR COMMON SENSE AND SHE TREATS U AS SUCH. . TO HER, ALL TENANTS ARE LOOKING TO GET SOMETHING OVER ON HER. . Well where shall i start. My boyfriend and i lived there for almost 2 yrs when a wk ago we we're told we had to vacate after paying 919 dollars the wk before. We were told we still had to pay 366 more dollars. I was dumb founded because i thought we were ok as far as the rent. So the 2 Cindy's that work there told us we had to leave that. We asked if they would work with us because with short notice we had no where to go. After all i thought we were good tenants.
