I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I had to cancel my appointment for the second time, and the reason was because I was sick. Out of courtesy, I explained that I didn’t want to come in and risk getting anyone else sick. Instead of understanding, the woman who handles the appointments spoke to me with a very rude attitude, told me she had to “talk to the doctor” because it was my second cancellation, and then yelled at me not to come before hanging up the phone. Just came in to get my glasses tightened and it was a great experience! They replaced a worn out screw and also fixed the arms so my glasses wouldn’t fall off my face. Staff was really friendly and personable. Would come back again if I needed to get these refreshed!
