We have used Briez Catering for several events and loved her so much that we contracted with her for an ongoing program. Kasanda, the owner, is timely, organized, easy to reach, and very professional. She is flexible to work with your needs and goes above and beyond to meet any dietary restrictions. I can not speak highly enough of her. The food is always delicious, she really puts her heart and soul into this business!

Had the best meal catered for our church group tonight. Kasandra made everything so easy bringing all of the things we would need. It was absolutely delicious! We will have her cater our next event for sure!
