Absolutely don’t recommend. Too pricy for what you get, seriously look elsewhere. The dryer was broken when we moved in. Parking is garbage and if you can’t find a spot for the one car you have, they just suggest to park at Walmart lol. Fingers crossed you don’t get towed I suppose. The back door didn’t seal, so we got ants. Purchased storage containers for ALL opened foods, scrubbed the whole place top to bottom constantly. I tried every trick on the internet: RAID, baby powder, vinegar, etc. We literally couldn’t get them ... read more

Don't rent from these people. They give out unnecessary notices for little things while ignoring bigger problems. They screwed us over financially multiple times including taking our whole deposit, not allowing us to clean the apartment cheaper than what they would have done it for, and billed us for extra cleaning charges months after ending the lease. There's no one to call at night when a car parks in your spot and there's no parking because the towing company won't tow without managements approval. most complexes give tow cards. but paying for parking here is pointless because if you come home at night someone's likely to be in your paid carport.
