Terrible. Treated like some kind of criminal addict. Was told that my episodic acute back pain that I've been prescribed 5 mg narcos for a year was a result of my active and healthy life style and the type of exercises at the gym and my mma sparring that I do was not enough to co tinue to mange my pain with this medication. Well I have not been there I just wanted to ask about my back pain that Im having from a car wreck recently I am really in pain lying sitting and standing after a few mins its my lower back leg buttock and my hips my knee also hurts sometime on one side I need to know what to do I went to the emergency room they said they seen nothing on the xray its my muscles I also had loss of bowel and bladder control a couple of times

This place has doctors that degrade, talk down to and essentially treat patients like dirt! The doctor I had to see today, Dr. Kim Wong, was the most arrogant individual who insisted that I had to stop a course of treatment I have been on for right at 8 years (a course that has been successful). I moved here from another state, and cannot find a decent doctor, at least not in this place. Stay away from it if you can!

I have been there a month I was in a terrible accident and I was in a lot of pain from broken bones I see Dr Alcala and she is amazing she has my pain level down and also has been very patient with me I can not afford my meds so I applied to assistance programs and she has been very helpful with all of that and the paperwork she is a amazing doctor and she knows what she is doing I love her.elizabeth d

Find another place to treat you. When this place first opened, it was super, patient care was good, office staff was wonderful. But it's been all down hill since then. They treat patients like they are a dime a dozen. Repeated requests for medical records get ignored. Payment agreements get thrown aside whenever the billing section decides they want more money from you. Please find somewhere else to go. There are plenty of other pain management specialist in the triangle. Plenty of other specialist who have empathy, morals and are not unethical like the doctor who owns this practice. They will rip you off from the jump start. They do not care whether or not you are getting better from your injuries, they will just keep pulling random things to experiment on you out of the sky.
