New to the area, I scheduled an appt. with Dr. Whittington for a wellness check. I suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome as well as Sleep Onset Insomnia. I have been taking a small dose of Xanax, .5 Mg at beditime, for over 7 years, prescribed by my sleep specialist in CA in addition to Mirapex, Requip, and Sinemet for RLS. I met with Dr. Whittington, and was very upfront with him. After my appointment, I received a letter from the Dr. 1telling me he has decided to not accept me as a patient.
Dr. Whittington has been my physician for many years , he was also my dads and I have referred friends over the years. He takes time to answer and explain any questions I have and his follow up via his staff is excellent.
