If I could give zero stars, I would. Neurologist Brian Smith accused my mother, who had documented seizure disorder from traumatic brain injury in childhood, of trying to get a medication she didn't need.. He suggested she only had anxiety and not seizures. He put her on a unit in Grand Rapids, MI and took her completely off of her seizure medication that she had been taking for over forty years. I’m so happy to see that Dr Smith has returned to Michigan! I initially became a patient of his when he was at HF. I’m hoping to return there, as a previous patient, and have Dr Brien Smith as my neurologist.
