They will repeatedly tell you your insurance is covering your cleaning/dental work and then turn around and send you a bill after the insurance makes their adjustments (which may be illegal) and is clearly unethical.
He is retired. Dr Stevens is new dentist and they won't tell you he's gone and charge you full price when your insurance doesn't cover because he's the WRONG dentist.
