I had finger surgery just recently with Dr. Brian Kat who removed gout and arthritic-.damaged bone , and made the experience for me as pleasant as was possible. He has a great staff and I found him to be a meticulous surgeon. Not to mention he has the most caring and gentle bedside manner, I would recommend him to anyone who needed hand or finger surgery. Misdiagnosed! They herd you in and treat you like cattle! I had an xray on my knee, Dr. Nitche came in the room with me for 60 seconds to say it was arthritis, told me to do low impact exercises. Never asked me level of pain or any recommendations for options, such as cortizone, pain med or MRI. After a month of severe pain I went to another group and was told I don't even have arthritis in my knee, but was sent for an MRI and found it was a tear in my meniscus and am going for surgery.
