Wonderful staff – We were sent to BTI under difficult circumstances--our children had been removed by CPS due to untrue allegations. We got psychologicals and dr*g evals done there. I was very reluctnt to do it, but the dr was wonderful, kind, helpful. Made me feel much better about the situation.
Disorganized. – We arrived on time for our appointment, but were told they were behind schedule (by about 1 1/2 hours!) because someone else arrived late and were still seen. As our appointment was on a Saturday, we would have liked to have been told to arrive later, since they knew they were behind. It is now 30 days later, and we still have not received the reports for the psychological evaluations of our two foster children. I've called three times to ask for the reports.
