Property manager leanell when renewing my lease at oakwood reserve in Tallahassee Florida did not put in my lease renewal that I paid a deposit. 3 or 4 months after she left and the complex was under new management I moved out and got an email about a bill for $150. ERIC should be a SUPER HOST!! We stayed at one of his properties for over 3 months and he was 100% hands on! Several issues arose during our stay and he was On it immediately... He more than met our expectations and was extremely accommodating. Highly Recommended!!
