This company , especially Eric has been and still is the best of the best when it comes to rental companies! They have always been right there if I have ever needed any maintenance whatsoever in my home. They are truly caring when it comes to making sure you’re completely comfortable with your living accommodations. 5 star , and very blessed .

Company is a joke whenever it comes to any maintenance emergency you might as well pay for it yourself…. I had to boil hot water for a month before they finally got someone to fix it…. I’m currently laying in bed this is day 5 without any AC they make your living situation horrible I would have rather go to a shelter!! I would not recommend using this company at all it’s 3:30 am and the temperature in house is 89 degrees once the sun comes up I’m calling the BBB no way I can live in this hostile situation!
