First time being here with an unwelcome atmosphere I checked in the clinic by 12:00 pm and was told by a curly hair lady that the waiting time was 2 hours Came back after 2 hrs and it’s not my turn yet, and I had to wait another an hour which was total 3 hours The main issue was about the lady’s customer service and how did she handle people. I've had pretty consistent experiences with this clinic. I do like that this is in a mall, you can always let the receptionist know that you'll be back, or you can book an appointment time to your convenience. For the receptionists, I've had some weird encounters. There is one lady there who's always there that I find a bit rude. It's her tone of voice and the fact she never smiles that I feel what makes her come off rude. However, there is another receptionist there that I find exceptionally nice. Almost impossible to call. Made 10 calls and only 1 call can be reached out to them
Every time I have appointments,I be there on time, still wait for 40 mins up aleast, why? They said because some walk in wait for long time so she want to be balanced with us?! What! So what!
