We loved this community and wanted to live here really bad. Please do not make the same mistakes we did, this place will steal your money. When we applied, we were approved and it automatically took out the deposit, before we even signed anything. I want to stress, we DID NOT sign OR approve anything, and they took out the money as soon as our application was approved. TL:DR - Couldn't stand being here much longer than a year and it is mostly the building and management's fault. A poorly constructed building that over-charges for the space. It has come down that they're renovating units as people turn-over but it's new paint on junk bones. Neighbor with a camera facing the parking lot, neighbor who is a J6 insurrectionist, and the cops came looking for the guy who lived in the unit before me. Update: The staff who were actively working to make this complex great are now gone. On-site management keeps changing without so much as a notice to tenants. Upkeep on facilities is getting worse, and on site managers don't seem to have any solutions. Update: After almost 3 years I have learned to like this place. Yes the walls are thin and I can hear/smell what my neighbors are up to - a combination of white noise machine/noise canceling headphones and at times ear plugs has kept me sane. Worst place to apply,because they don’t accept 2.5 times of income (only 3 times) for very old apartments.
