Purchased a new home at Bridlecreek with Empire Communities. Vanessa, Rafael and Steve were very professional and easy to work with. We purchased the home from out of state, Vanessa was willing to go out of her way to help with everything that I was not able to do myself. Kirsten and I have been in our Empire home almost a year and could not be happier! Vanessa and Mark made this the best home building experience we've ever participated in. Issues will pop up when building a house but Vanessa handled those issues like a true professional. Empire builds a quality home and we have already recommended them to friends. When/If we build again we will use Empire because of Vanessa and Mark.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience building a new home with Empire. My sales consultant was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process, and went above and beyond to assist me during the build. Meanwhile, the construction manager navigated a once in a lifetime freeze event, and a near record setting month of rain to deliver the house on time.
Empire Homes/Communities at The Reserve helped us tremendously with everything we needed. This is a very professional company to work with. Vanessa especially helped us with questions/information we didn't ask or think about at the time. She also offered suggestions/choices that would best fit our lifestyle. She and Mark are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and made our experience stress free. They left no stone unturned. We are beyond excited about our new home and community.
We are building in The Reserve with Empire and so far the experience has been every thing we hoped for in building our home. Vanessa has been thorough, helpful and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy along the way.
