Called as my dog had an ear infection and needed to be seen, was told appointments were available but not to me as I wasnt a client… perhaps an appointment would have made me a client? Food for thought..
The doctor is so nice and doesn't promote service or products. She recommends whatever that is necessary and good to my dog. I love that.
