Terrible experience with them. Had to back out from these folks.. Good I did that, instead of getting in there and regret forever. Such a poor quality and their build engineers are next level. :) You cannot find anywhere.. One star just to submit this review.
After approval of this project, the builder assured me that they would be "good neighbors" to those of us already living here. Actions speak louder than words, and Fischer homes has demonstrated that they are not respectful of homes and neighbors who have been in the area many years prior to their development. They have destroyed the tree canopy in the area behind my home and are essentially building a home in my backyard, literal paces from my back door.
