I have had quite a frustrating experience with this store over the last couple years. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, but the manager can be quite rude and cuts you off as she assumes she knows what you're going to say before you say it. Was told to purchase new glasses essentially for the sake of it - the prescription is correct, still fit well and are in good condition, but after a year apparently I need to replace them? Fantastic service. Time and care were taken with the examination and explanations. Additional service offered with contact lenses for my daughter, including patience! Big thumbs up to all the team.
