Taylor one of the office managers has been amazing! She is very responsive and has been so beyond helpful. I love the location and more.
I'm on my way out despite hoping this could be a place I could live for a few years. This place is cheaper in rent, but that's for a reason. My building's washing machine hasn't worked in 13 months and despite several work orders put in it never gets fixed. They just get closed 12 hours later and I lose another 6 quarters the following week. Additionally, and the primary reason I'm moving out, the management is CHEAP. I applied and asked some questions via email. Once I mentioned money, I was ignored. Now I'm getting weird spam texts from them asking if I want to be on their waitlist still. Why would I want to be when the property manager ignores people? Totally makes people want to live there, yep 👍
Great place to live in the best part of Rapid City. Easy walking distance to Walmart and several eateries. Fair rent, and great facilities.
