I don’t understand how Bridgewell Counseling Services gets bad reviews. I have the upmost respect for them. I can not begin to explain how much I went from bad to good . COVID 2020 I began at Bridgewell and had an exit interview thinking I was capable.I insisted going back after I had a 2nd mental relapse due to osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia’s chronic pain the central sensitivities came crashing worse than ever .A Special Shout out and Thank you to my friend and therapist Rex . You have been my wings I appreciate you !

Deborah Booth is absolutely horrible, said she doesn't care about my opinion on meds and if I don't like it too bad , she also says things that are medically inaccurate , she said I could treat my condition by drinking milk with honey

Debra Booth is really unprofessional. This is the worst doctor I had to deal with. She does not care either about her patient. We've been chasing her for a whole month for med refill. She wanted us to book an appointment. We booked the appointment. We went there on time, the receptionist was on the phone, we had to wait until the receptionists finish the call to check us in. We had to wait for almost an hour, when she decided to walk out without any explanation.

OMG. My daughter has been calling since Monday to have her blood work entered in a government database in order to have her perscription filled. She has called 10 times and I have called once. Absolutely no response form Bridgewell or Debra Booth, to get her medication. This is the third time she has had to experience withdrawals. This lack of response is totally not what people experiencing mental illness should have to deal with. Why isn't this office run like a Drs. Office?
