While we were not involved with Bridgeway very long, they were a wonderful group to work with. They showed such compassion and care with not just my mom, but our entire family. I truly appreciate all they did and am thankful for their team.
I was very disappointed with the service that I received. My husband threw up brown fluid from his stomach for the last week of his life. Your staff said this was normal and that this is the beast of cancer. Very angry that no one ever gave us a care package. I think he should have received stronger medication. Our experience with this hospice team was truly excellent. The nurses took such great care of my dad, always making sure he was comfortable and not in pain. They were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and they took the time to answer every question we had. What meant the most to us was the emotional support they provided to our entire family during such a difficult time.
