Bridgeway took care of my Grandpa. Although he died on my favorite holiday, it was a blessing to have their staff in our home!
My husband is a 100% disabled service connected veteran, this is our only choice, I have had to fight them over his medication…if they decide not to cover it for any reason they will NOT , even his non controlled ….that YES makes the rest of his life a little more pleasant…..if your patient falls they will NOT help you..they are not allowed ????? Bridgeway came highly recommended from a friend and we were not disappointed. We only had them for a short time - 4 days to be exact - but they delivered on everything they said they would and in less time than expected. They made a huge impression on my father and my family. We highly recommend them.
I am on the fence with my review, We lost my dad a week ago and he was on service with Bridgeway. I only got to meet 2 nurses during his time with them but they presented themselves as sweet and compassionate nurses. My issue is when my dad reached the very end of his life they were not there and we had to endure this alone. Once he passed his nurse showed up and pronounced him , made a few calls , hugged us all and left with my dad still in the home awaiting the funeral home to pick him up.
