I am currently using several of their services. I have had over 7 years experience in dealing with.Home Health companies...and Bridgway is great. My nurse Christian is top shelf and has been a large part of my recovery. I suffer from multiple diseases and he has been.exceptionally knowledgable in everything...I am not going to change a thing as I am very satisfied with my nurse and care.
They suck. Took over Virtual Home Healthcare in which they were awesome. I have ordered ileostomy supplies over 3 weeks ago and only to receive gauze at my front door. I have called several times and now don’t have anything. Nurse can only say the main item I need is on back order and don’t know what to tell me. If they had ordered it 3 weeks ago we wouldn’t have had this issue . Instead of calling another supply company my mother is sitting here with no supplies.
