I had a perfect experience. My situation was urgent and they were able to quickly work me in. Everyone that I encountered in person and on the phone was pleasant and helpful. When I requested my images be sent, it was done while I was on the phone. Shout out to Katie for best IV ever. Absolutely no evidence the next day, no bruise, no soreness. She was also so pleasant to work with!
Clean and spotless, ample parking, plenty of room in the waiting area with comfortable chairs. Check in was prompt, and the technician, Katie, was thorough and professional. There are dressing rooms with lockers. The open MRI was much appreciated. Only downsides: a 3.5% surcharge is applied with any payments via credit card, so bring cash or check. Also, no Apple Pay, which I have come to prefer in the age of COVID.
Seeing where others had a bad experience baffles me. I have had MRI's, X-rays and Mammograms with Bridgeway and I request them for my diagnostic needs. Clean well run facility in my experience.
Never will I step foot in this place again ! Took a friend to urgent care they sent him here for a CT scan, what they failed to mention was pack a lunch as they are so slow . The receptionist was rude and unprofessional . Needs to find a different job , they are quick to snatch up a co pay but what about my time it’s worth something. I wouldn’t bring my dog here , I love my dog , I love my friend as well but come on over 3 hours ! A great experience. Katie did a great job with my MRI. The only negative is that the woman at the front desk could improve her personality
