Worst company and very bad experience. My business partner and I have been calling every single day up to 4 times a day for the first month and I received one phone call back from Shawn Thomas. He never contacted me again after he said he would and he is supposed to be the manager at this company. Persisted to call multiple times for up to 3 months as I had existing business with them prior to dealing with Shawn before, but have only been able to reach his secretary who says he will contact reach out, but he never does. We were referred to Bridgeway by our SBA Consultant. Aaron is by far the best we’ve ever worked with. He is patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He kept everything smooth in a dual project and dual partner closing. The team, which includes Betsy, is very well prepared. She was effective, organized, and a pleasure to work with. We are happy to build back in our hometown community and are extremely glad we chose Bridgeway to fund our projects. We will continue to use Bridgeway for any future projects or business endeavors.
