my friend lives here and has been begging for months to have maintenance come out because there's black mold and she and her babies are constantly sick and they won't do anything about it. they do not care about you and your family's well being.
*Updating my previous 1 star review to a 5 star review* I've been a tenant here for about 6 years and I want to say the current management team that has been here has made this place take a 180. They keep us updated, clean, and presentable. Any maintenance issues are handled timely and the hospitality is warming. There are residential community events that we've never had before such as breakfast, sno-balls, and holiday contests. It has been an overall great experience and I am happy with the results. This is my 2nd year here and the women at the front office are very helpful. Management helped me get a washer and dryer installed in my apartment prior to signing my second lease. This has made my life so much easier. Thanks Bridgeway!
I would not recommend moving here this is by far the worst complex I’ve moved into and what makes it worst are the complex managers only reliable person in the office is Karen everyone else should be fired , these people had use living in a mold infested apartment and were not willing to transfer us or break our lease and they continue to add on to fees each month so please don’t expect your rent to ever be the same each month 2/10 living experience.
