This is my 2nd year here and the women at the front office are very helpful. Management helped me get a washer and dryer installed in my apartment prior to signing my second lease. This has made my life so much easier. Thanks Bridgeway!
I would not recommend moving here this is by far the worst complex I’ve moved into and what makes it worst are the complex managers only reliable person in the office is Karen everyone else should be fired , these people had use living in a mold infested apartment and were not willing to transfer us or break our lease and they continue to add on to fees each month so please don’t expect your rent to ever be the same each month 2/10 living experience.
I’ve been at these apartments for Almost a year and cannot wait until my lease is up. For months the apartments were a construction site which didn’t allow you to even park in front of YOUR apartment. There was constant loud banging at all times of the day for MONTHS. Now they’re closing one of the pools, not allowing us to use the second one, AND they have the audacity to go up $100 for the rent.
Do not trust the management at this apartment complex. The property manager is a drunk who threatened me with physical violence. They would not allow us to turn in our keys and parking permit for unknown reasons. They are unprofessional snakes. The low review rating speaks for itself. The employees leave 5 star reviews to try and boost the review rating.
