The team at Bridgewater VW were so easy to deal with it made the entire transaction seamless. They answered all my questions promptly and directly and it truly was a "breath of fresh air". Full disclosure, prompt and professional. It sounds so simple, but it made the process actually enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone!
Be very careful with this dealership. They will try to upsell you a 20 or 25 year paint protection plan for $1500 but they don’t even offer paint services at the dealership. I have tried to have a paint chip in my door repaired by them and all they did was try to sell me a paint pen. I reminded them I had the paint protection plan and they finally gave me the pen for free. I would like my paint chips fixed in my new vehicle, otherwise reimburse me for the false plan you sold me. I called Bridgewater VW Service department with a question related to clarification regarding warranty coverage. I’d called other local VW dealerships and got no advice other than, bring it in and we’ll have an advisor look at it. The issue with that is I’d be paying upwards of $200 for a yes/no question. The advisor at Bridgewater VW was able to answer my question immediately and though my issue wasn’t going to be covered by VW warranty, she gave me some advice as to how I could get have the repair done.
