Been living here for half a year no issues then our hot water went out and they left us without any hot water for 8 days. I have two toddlers. When I called about Compensation they said they would talk to their team just to get an email of denial. 7 days without hot water in the middle of winter without anything in return is criminal.
I've lived at one of their locations for over 5 years with a spotless record, but since I missed an email stating I needed to provide proof of insurance, I was fined $250. I called after providing the proof of insurance to see if they could wave the fee, and their support staff was rude and unhelpful, and effectively told me to "kick rocks". I'll be leaving this unit when my lease expires and will never recommend Lexington to any friends or family.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish someone warned me !!!!!!! Do not rent here
